When Minutes are NOT Used

Generating Videos

Minutes for your account are not used when you generate video previews. Meaning, you can select the ‘Create Video’ button as many times as your heart desires! Since this does not count as publishing a video, your account will not be deducted minutes. To learn more about creating video previews, click here.

Copy Link & Share

When your video is done generating, using the Copy Link or Share options (excluding Embed) will not use your minutes.

When Minutes ARE Used

Download & Embed

Minutes are only used if you download or embed a video. The amount of minutes that will be deducted from your account depends on the length of the video. Meaning if you download/embed a 5min and 25 second video, 5 minutes and 25 seconds will be deducted from the account. We don’t round up! To learn more about publishing, click HERE

To clarify, you can download/embed a video as many times as you like and will only be charged for publishing once. Only when a change is made to the video (different template, adding/removing content, etc) will minutes be charged when publishing.
